    Important FAQs

Q: What is an Excellent Credit Rating?
A: You have excellent credit if all of these are true: (1) you have had a loan or credit card for at least 3 years, (2) you have a credit card with a credit limit greater than $10,000, (3) you have NEVER been more than 60 days late on a credit card, medical bill or loan payment, and (4) you have never declared bankruptcy.

Q: How does the No Hassle Miles card work with cash back?
A: Each dollar you spend in purchases with your card earns you two miles. Once you've accumulated 20,000 miles, you can redeem your miles for $100 cash back.

Q: How many miles do I need to earn a ticket?
A: The miles required for a ticket is determined by the price of the ticket multiplied by 125. For example, if you find a $100 ticket, you will need 12,500 miles. There is no minimum amount of miles needed before you can redeem for air travel.

Q: When do the miles on my account expire?
A: Another great feature of the No Hassle Miles card program is that your miles do not expire until five years from the end of the quarter in which they are earned, giving you ample time to decide how you want to redeem them.

Q: Can I combine the miles I earn on my No Hassle Miles credit card with those earned in frequent-flyer programs or on other mileage cards?
A: Because the No Hassle Miles card provides the flexibility to travel on any airline, miles may not be combined from different accounts or used in conjunction with other airline frequent-flyer or reward programs.

Q: I already have an account with Capital One. Can I change my current account into a No Hassle Miles card account?
A: No, if you would like to have a No Hassle Miles card account, you will need to apply for it separately.
