The Capital One Platinum Prestige card has no annual fee, no balance transfer fees and a credit limit up to $20,000.
The card requires an excellent credit rating where all of these are true: (1) you have had a loan or credit card for at least 3 years, (2) you have a credit card with a credit limit greater than $10,000, (3) you have NEVER been more than 60 days late on a credit card, medical bill or loan payment, and (4) you have never declared bankruptcy.
